विशेष रूप से मिड-कैप स्टॉक जहां व्यवसाय न केवल एक बड़े ग्राहक की सेवा कर रहा है, बल्कि एक आला क्षेत्र में काम कर रहा है ।  सबसे अच्छा उदाहरण टाटा एलेक्सी या केपीआईटी का है ।

6 midcap stocks from different sectors with the right financial matrix:

 Every sector has a different operating matrix which has high correlation with returns companies in that industry are able to generate. For some industries which are in services space, 15 to 20 percent net margins would be normal. They are not impacted by the rising interest rates in India, because they are largely debt free, but for others, like construction and contractors, interest rates matter a lot.

Whether it is RoCE, RoE or net margins all is dependent on the underlying business. So when interest rates have peaked, it might be time to look for companies which benefit when interest rates are going down. There is a range for each sector and industry. The bigger question is how sustainable that number is. Sustainability is key when it comes to long term valuations.

In order to look for such companies, different combinations of profitability ratios have been used. So, stocks with a minimum return on equity of 15% is considered. Also, combining it with net profit margin makes it a crucial and central metric in gauging the performance of a company. A net profit margin of at least 10% is applied to arrive at the list.

Before 2015 and then again in 2018, RBI did a strong rejig in various banking policies, right from capital adequacy to the operational matrix were tightened.  On the loan book side of the business, regional banks are more exposed to a certain kind of business and economic cycle which has its own limitations. When that region or a sector is hit, the NPA cycle turns bad for them. So they probably had the worst of both worlds. But over a period of time, things have turned better for them, a forced operational efficiency has come as regulatory changes have made sure that they get themselves in better shape. Some of them have even expanded, although
slowly.

7 not so large IT stocks operating with upside potential upto 21%:

In Dalal Street, News and stock prices have an inverse relationship. When news is good, stock prices are bad and when news is bad, stock prices are good. This probably has played in the IT space more than anywhere else. For more than one year, too much negative has been said about the IT sector and the fact is that management of most of them have been showing lack of confidence in terms of rate of growth. 

Especially the mid-cap stocks where the business is not just servicing a big client but operating in a niche area have been doing well. The best example is that of TATa Elxsi or a KPIT.

Some of them mid-cap IT companies are not well covered by analysts, not because of any other reason but the fact that the management of some of these companies. 

Now a number of these

them things are still better
than what most are predicting.

दूरसंचार विधेयक 2023: इसे अच्छे और बुरे के रूप में देखा जा सकता है,पर निर्भर करता है कि इसकी व्याख्या और कार्यान्वयन कैसे हो:

अधिनियम का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू दूरसंचार सेवाओं के प्रावधान के लिए प्राधिकरण की अवधारणा है ।  प्राधिकरण किसी पार्टी में प्रवेश तय करने जैसा है ।  यह विभिन्न रूपों में प्रकट हो सकता है, लाइसेंसिंग की मखमली रस्सी से लेकर खुली प्रविष्टि की पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता तक, अन्य रूपों जैसे सामान्य प्राधिकरण और पंजीकरण भी उपलब्ध है । 

दिसंबर में पारित दूरसंचार विधेयक 2023 पर मिली-जुली प्रतिक्रियाएं आई हैं ।  कई लोगों ने इसे भविष्य का सबूत ढांचा कहा है, जो डिजिटल अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देगा ।  स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटन, रास्ते का अधिकार और बुनियादी ढांचे की तैनाती से संबंधित प्रावधानों को संबल के रूप में देखा जाता है । 

यूरोप में, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संचार सेवाएं एक सामान्य प्राधिकरण शासन के अधीन हैं, व्यक्तिगत लाइसेंसिंग जैसे कारकों पर विचार किया जा रहा है जैसे कि दुर्लभ संसाधनों का उपयोग करना और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए खतरा । 

नाइजीरियाई संचार अधिनियम लाइसेंसिंग प्रक्रियाओं को तैयार करते समय विचार किए जाने वाले सिद्धांतों और विचारों का विवरण देता है । 

न केवल इस तरह का विवरण वांछनीय है, बल्कि यह एक कानूनी आवश्यकता भी है ।  2001 के किशन प्रकाश मामले में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि विधायिका को अपने मुख्य कानून बनाने के कार्यों को नहीं सौंपना चाहिए, और इसे कानून के पीछे की नीति घोषित करके और मार्गदर्शन के लिए मानकों को निर्धारित करके उस शक्ति पर सीमा निर्धारित करनी चाहिए । 

हाल ही में, दूरसंचार मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने स्पष्ट किया कि सरकार का इरादा व्हाट्सएप और टेलीग्राम जैसी ओटीटी संचार सेवाओं को कवर करने के लिए अधिनियम का नहीं है, जो आईटी अधिनियम के तहत विनियमित हैं ।  यह बहुत सराहना की है । 

हालाँकि, 'संदेश' और 'दूरसंचार' जैसे शब्दों की व्यापक परिभाषाएँ अभी भी अधिनियम के प्रावधानों को नियमों के माध्यम से इंटरनेट-आधारित संचार सेवाओं तक विस्तारित करने के लिए जगह छोड़ती हैं ।  मंत्री के स्पष्टीकरण का अदालत में कोई कानूनी मूल्य नहीं हो सकता है यदि भविष्य की सरकार को इसकी व्याख्या करनी थी । 

यहां, हम न्यूजीलैंड के दूरसंचार अधिनियम 2001 जैसे अन्य देशों से सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को चुन सकते थे ।  यह 'दूरसंचार' की एक व्यापक परिभाषा का उपयोग करता है लेकिन स्पष्ट करता है कि केवल उन दूरसंचार सेवाओं को विनियमित किया जाना है जो अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1 के तहत स्पष्ट रूप से सूचीबद्ध हैं ।  कार्यक्रम में सेवाओं को जोड़ने के लिए एक विस्तृत प्रक्रिया भी दी गई है, जिसमें न्यूजीलैंड के वाणिज्य आयोग की सिफारिश शामिल है ।  यह सुनिश्चित करता है कि कानून के दायरे को आसानी से विस्तारित नहीं किया जा सकता है; यह अधिक निश्चितता का भी प्रावधान करता है ।
