Tata Technologies shares listed at a premium of INR1,200 from the issue price of INR500 on Thursday. The stock reached a high of INR1,400 during the day and closed at INR1,327. The stock commanded a premium of INR406 in the unlisted market. The IPO received robust subscription overall at 70x.
TASL, a wholly owned aerospace and defence subsidiary of Tata Sons, has collaborated with Satellogica Latin American company to set up a state- of-the-art facility for high- resolution imagery satellites. TASL aims to produce 24 low earth orbit (LEO) satellites annually, with the first Indian- made satellite ready for launch in six months. Besides, the facility houses a ground station, enabling control of satellite movement and processing of imagery crucial for infrastructure monitoring and military target identification. TASL's initiative addresses the growing demand for indigenous satellite capabilities, reducing reliance on external sources for vital military intelligence.
Hyderabad- based TASL operates divisions in aerostructures, airborne platforms, weapons systems, and land mobility across multiple locations. The Bengaluru facility is actively engaged in the airborne platform division, focusing on tasks like unmanned area surveillance, armed UAVs, and loitering munition.
PhonePe partners with gaming firms like Dream11, MPL for its Indus AppStore.
PhonePe, which acquired local app store Indus in July 2022, has onboarded Dream11, Nazara Technologies, Ace23, Mobile Premier League, and Rummy Culture on the platform.
