The largecaps strong buy and strong recos upside up to 20%:



These largecaps have ‘strong buy’ & ‘buy’ recos and upside scope of over 20%some of the stocks which are long term wealth creators tend to move off from the list of algorithm based stock buying lists. 

The reason, the potential upside in them is less than the algo defined levels. As the stock prices kept moving upward, the number of the stocks in the list came down.

 Twelve weeks back they came as low as 3 this is exactly opposite of five months back, when the list was at 25.Stocks like Reliance and others which were there last week have moved out. In the case of some, the last three sessions of gains are the reason for them moving out, in case other analysts have readjusted their forecast after the Q2 earnings were out.

Stock Radar:Tata Consumer breakout from bullish; likely to top Rs 10 level:



The stock rose by over 2% in a week and about 10% in the last 3 months. 

Tata Consumer Products, a part of the tea and coffee industry, haspicked up momentum in the last few months after a breakout from a bullish Pennant formation on the monthly charts.

Short-term traders can look to buy the stock now for a target above Rs 1,000 level in 4-6 months, suggested experts.

The stock hit a record high of Rs 928 on 17 October but failed to hold on to the momentum.

Pennant is similar to a symmetrical triangle. They can be formed both in an uptrend or a downtrend. A Pennant pattern is a short-term consolidation that is formed after a swift rise in the prices of the underlying.

Tata Consumer stock rose by over 2% in a week and about 10% in the last 3 months, Trendlyne data showed.

For the last financial year, the company had sales of INR223 crore and after-tax profit of INR29.49 crore. It appears the capacity utilisation of IMPCL's manufacturing site had declined to 33% a few years ago but now stands at 73%.
After five decades, IMPCL has a marginal existence. 



One last thing. Over the past few years, Soft Bank already booked losses from WeWork investment. Separately, the bankruptcy filing has no impact on the India unit of WeWork, majority owned by Embassy Group.

US invests $553 million in Adani’s Sri Lanka port to curb China’s influenceThe US will provide $553 million in financing for a port terminal in Sri Lanka’s capital being developed by Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, as New Delhi and Washington look to curtail China’s influence in South Asia.The funding is part of a global acceleration of DFC investments that totaled $9.3 billion in 2023.

 A US official described the Sri Lanka port financing as emblematic of the US commitment to be more engaged in development projects across the Indo-Pacific.China had invested about $2.2 billion in the island nation as of the end of last year, its biggest foreign direct investor. US officials have publicly criticized Sri Lanka’s little-used southern Hambantota port as unsustainable and part of what it calls China’s “debt-trap diplomacy.”

DFC, a development finance agency launched under the Trump administration, was established to aid developing nations while advancing US foreign policy goals. It struggled at first to stake out projects around the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nifty and sensex are inching upward once again, given the fact that some of the headwinds are still present, it would be still be better to ensure that caution is the word which stay in one's mind while looking at stocks Caution in terms of the socks where analysts are bullish.It is time to take a step back, think and then make a decision both when buying and selling any stock as global flows have high probability of changing directions.

Olectra offers a green energy solution to public transport by introducing EBUS with Zero emission. The company is also India's first electric bus manufacturer. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1,465 on July 13, 2023. The scrip closed at Rs 1,176 on November 3, which translates into a fall of about 20%.

Olectra Greentech, part of the passenger vehicle segment in the EV space, has fallen about 20% from July 2023 highs but the chart structure suggests that the stock might have bottomed out.

Short-term traders with a high-risk appetite can look to buy the stock for a possible bounce back towards Rs 1,200 levels in the next 2-3 weeks.

"Olectra Greentech stock has bottomed out after the consolidation of the last few weeks and the focus is on the entire auto pack, out of which this stock is witnessing buying at major support zones," said Shivangi Sarda, Analyst, Derivatives and Technical Research, Motilal Oswal Financial Services.
